Meet The Artist Night

May 4, 2010 – Pierre Gaudette, owner of Chez François in Olds, played gracious host to a Meet-the-Artist night on May 4 in his lovely restaurant. While snow flurries fell outside the atmosphere inside was warm and welcoming and a number of people stopped by to meet the artists and to enjoy the wine and appetizers that Pierre provided.
All the tables and wall space were all given over to nine Wellspring artists to display their work which included woodcarvings, silk work, pottery, photography, paintings and jewelry.
Pierre initiated the idea and with support from the Olds & District Chamber of Commerce showed how local businesses can benefit by supporting the arts.
